NAB AFL Trade Radio is back and Jack Watts has been the hot topic in the Early Trade with Kane Cornes and Matthew Lloyd for Tyrepower.

Newsbreaker Mitch Clearly dropped the bomb that the Swans have emerged as a big player now chasing Watts.

"Significant interest out of the Swans this weekend in luring Watts out of his 2 year contract with the Demons."

What this means for Kurt Tippett now becomes the point of contention in this deal. Cleary doesn't believe both can work in the same team.

"I don’t think if they’ve got interest in Watts they can have Tippett in that list as well. Especially with Sam Reid resigning, I can’t see Tippett in that lineup."

Matthew Lloyd liked the move of Watts to Sydney.

"I think he’s a great fit for the Swans. I think what Sydney have done for players up there, get out of the spotlight. He's a cream on the top player and perfect for them."

With Sydney having pick 14 and pick 31, the next question is what is Jack Watts worth?

Kane Cornes believes a second round pick is about right.

"14 is too high, 31 is too low. Somewhere in that 20-25 seems fair for Watts. So that mid second round."

Cornes thought pre-finals Tippett would be a good fit for Richmond, but not now.

"I still think he can play. If you can get him on the right terms and right dollars, he could be worth it."
