St Kilda have announced that key duo Jimmy Webster and Tim Membrey have both re-signed with the club.
Webster signed a three-year extension, tying him to the Saints until the end of 2022, while Membrey inked a two-year extension, meaning he will remain at the club to the end of 2021.
Saints' head of football Simon Lethlean was delighted that the pair pledged their futures to the red, white and black.
“Jimmy and Tim have both become extremely important players for us and future leaders, so to have them both committed to the Saints long term is exciting,” Lethlean told St Kilda’s official club website.
“The pair are really close mates and have a big influence on our entire playing group on and off the field.
“Jimmy is a courageous player who is a strong one-on-one defender but also someone who sets us up with his kicking skills.
“Tim has enjoyed a strong second half of the season and continues to lead a very young forward group.
“Both guys will continue to improve in the coming years, which is exciting for Saints supporters.”
Webster, 25, has played 82 games for the Saints since being drafted to the club with pick 42 in the 2011 draft.
While Membrey, 24, has been a success since joining St Kilda from Sydney in 2014, playing 67 games and booting 121 goals.
