Western Bulldogs National Recruiting Manger Nick Austin is set to make the jump to Carlton, according to a report.

Channel Seven’s Mark Stevens is reporting that Austin will replace Blues legend Stephen Silvagni in the role of head of list management and recruiting.

Stevens adds that the announcement will be made soon.

Austin joined the Bulldogs at the beginning of 2018, following a decade working in list management, opposition analysis and player welfare.

Silvagni departed Carlton at the conclusion of the 2019 trade period, following five years with the club.

He oversaw a dramatic turnover of the Blues’ list, including 11 first-round draft picks.
